Yes. We take over third-party installs after a one-time site audit at a nominal fee. The audit report flags any pre-existing structural or electrical risks before AMC commencement.
No. All AMC pricing is exclusive of GST. We are GSTIN-registered and issue tax invoices each quarter. ITC is fully available on AMC fees as per current GST rules.
Silver and Gold tiers include 24x7 ticket logging via WhatsApp and email. Response time SLAs apply round the clock. Bronze tier emergency call-outs outside business hours are billed at standard call-out rates.
Each AMC contract includes a documented penalty clause. Breached response SLAs trigger a service credit applied to the next quarterly invoice, capped at 10 per cent of annual fee.
Yes. We invoice from a single GSTIN regardless of site geography. AMCs covering 50+ sites get a dedicated AMC manager and a quarterly site-condition report shared with your facilities team.
