Who we are
mysushant.com is the website of the Sushant Groupcompanies of Dharwad, Karnataka: Sushant Industries, Sushant Travels & Logistics and Sushant Builders. The company you contact is responsible for the personal data you send it (the “data fiduciary” under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). What we collect, and why
- When you send an enquiry or apply for a job: your name, phone number, email if you give it, company, city or site, and what you need (a signage or print job, a route or load, a property enquiry, or the role you are applying for). We use it only to reply, quote, plan the work, or consider your application.
- When you browse: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, counts visits without cookies and without building a profile of you, and processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site trackers.
How your message reaches us
The enquiry form writes your message out and opens your own WhatsApp or email app to send it; nothing is stored on this website. WhatsApp (Meta) and your email provider carry the message under their own privacy terms. When the form sends enquiries directly, they will go to systems the group controls, and this notice will say so.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the site from data centres in India and abroad.
- Indian authorities, only where the law requires us to share it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as we need them to reply, quote, deliver the work or fill the role, and after that only as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Then they are erased.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and who we have shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, and stop using it;
- let a person you nominate exercise these rights if you die or cannot.
Write to hello@mysushant.com from the email or number you used with us, so we can confirm it is you. We reply within 30 days. You can also ask us at any time to stop sending you updates.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiries are seen only by the people who handle them. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Children
The site is for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
