Who this is for
This page is for people who sell print to somebody else.
Sign makers without a wide-format machine, or with one press and no redundancy. Ad and branding agencies who won the artwork and now have to find someone to make it. Event, exhibition and activation contractors. Interior designers, architects and fit-out firms who need printed panels, cut acrylic and a metal frame from one place. Offset shops and DTP centres that keep receiving large-format enquiries they have to turn down. Resellers who sell print and do not want a shed.
If you are in Hubballi, Dharwad or Gadag, we are the next town over. Send a man with a job card and collect the finished panel from the gate at Belur — there is no freight argument to have. If you are in Belagavi, Haveri, Bagalkot, Vijayapura, Davangere, Hospet, Karwar, Mangaluru or Goa, we print here and move it ourselves on corridors our own vehicles already run.

Most trade pages sell you freight you did not ask for. If you are down the road, the best thing we can offer is a gate and a job card.
Collect it from the gate
Belur Industrial Area, Dharwad. Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Finishing and dispatch are stations on the same campus as the presses, so what you collect is a finished unit — not a roll you still have to get routed somewhere else.
Walk the floor before you send anything
You are welcome at Belur, and we would rather you came. Bring a file, watch it proof on the substrate it will actually run on, and decide then. It is the cheapest way to find out whether we are worth a client's job, and it costs you an afternoon instead of an account.
Or it goes on our own vehicle
Sushant Logistics is a group company at the same address — owned vehicles and our own drivers, no rentals and no third-party drivers. Tata Ace and Bolero pickups for city runs and last-mile, 10-ft to 17-ft container bodies for inter-city batches.
Or we parcel it to you
Off our lanes entirely — a different state, a one-off, a small consignment that does not justify a vehicle — and we send it as a parcel to your address. Printing is not installation: it travels, so the work is not limited to the ground our own crews cover.

Roll and hybrid
Up to 3.2 m on the Handtop HTK3200, which is unusually wide for this region — a hoarding or a shopfront fascia runs in one piece, with no tiled seam for your client to find. Two solvent platforms and an eco-solvent line for outdoor volume; a large flex order can split across both. HP Latex for interiors and wallcoverings, and the 800W lays white as an underbase, as a spot on top, or between colour layers — for clear film, dark stock, backlit and second-surface glass.
Rigid and flatbed
The Colorjet VerveLED prints direct to board across a 10 × 6 ft bed: ACP, acrylic, foam, MDF and glass. No mounting step, no laminate, no bubbles. The Handtop takes rigid sheet too, for panels wider than the flatbed.
Cut, route and weld
Mimaki and GCC plotters for print-and-cut and vinyl lettering, weeded and application-taped. Two CNC routers for ACP and composites, up to 18 mm. An 8 × 4 ft Suresh Indu CO2 laser for acrylic, wood and MDF — non-metal only, and we will say so rather than let you find out. A custom press brake and MIG/TIG welding for folded returns, frames, subframes and mounts.
Sheet digital
Canon imagePRESS V800 for colour and imageFORCE 8186 for mono production. When a volume stationery job lands on the wrong floor, it does not have to go to a competitor to get done.
3M Authorised Converter — when your client's brand book specifies 3M film, you can say yes without sourcing it yourself. Colour is managed against Pantone targets and proofed on production substrate before the run, the same standard as our own end-client work.
Scope
Buy the step, not the chain.
You are never made to buy the whole thing. Cut-only and fabricate-only exist for the shop that already owns a printer — which is most of the trade.
Print only
Roll or rigid, flat, rolled or on the core. Your finishing, your install, your client.
Print and contour cut
Printed and cut to shape on the plotter, weeded and application-taped, boxed. You get shaped parts, not sheets to trim on your own floor.
Print, rigid and profile cut
Printed direct to board on the flatbed, then routed to outline on the CNC. One purchase order, one building, and nobody standing between two vendors arguing about whose tolerance was wrong.
Print and fabricate
Add folded returns, a welded frame, a subframe or a mount. Press brake and welding bay on the same floor as the presses.
Cut only — your board or ours
Bring your own ACP, acrylic or composite. The two CNC routers and the 8 × 4 ft laser take job work on material you supply, or we source it. This is the one most people do not know they can ask for.
Fabricate only
Drawings in, steel out. Frames, gantries, standee bases and mounts for a sign you are printing yourself.
Six rules
Your client never learns our name.
Trade work rarely goes wrong on quality. It goes wrong when the shop you sent it to is talking to your client by next quarter. So we go first, and we write it down.
Your name goes on the job. Ours doesn't.
No 'printed by' credit on the panel. No batch sticker carrying our name. No logo on the tape, the film, the pallet or the carton. Send us your label, or artwork for one, and it goes on the packing instead of a blank one.
Blind dispatch — and the one thing that cannot be blank.
Where a consignment goes straight to your client, it leaves with you as the sender and your client as the consignee. No quote, no rate and no invoice of ours travels with the goods. What we will not do is falsify statutory paperwork: a load on a commercial vehicle carries an e-way bill and a consignment note naming the actual consignor, and that is the law rather than a preference. If you would rather your client never saw a Sushant name at all, we deliver to your unit or you collect, and you make the final drop.
Money is between us and you.
Quotes, revisions, rates and invoices go to the address on your account and nowhere else. Never to a site, never handed to a receiver, never left in a carton.
We do not approach the client you bring.
Register the client when you place the first job — company name, site, contact. If an enquiry then reaches us from that name, that site or that artwork, it goes straight back to you: we do not quote it, we do not chase it, and we tell you it came in. Two exclusions, stated here rather than discovered later. An account we already hold on the day yours opens cannot be registered against it — 28 years of end-client work is on the rest of this site and we are not going to pretend it away. And where two trade customers register the same client, the first registration stands and we say so to the second one on the spot.
We do not talk to your client.
Not on the phone, not at our gate, not at the point of delivery. Every question about your job — a spec query, a shortfall, a damaged panel — comes to you. You decide what your client hears, and when.
The man who delivers it works for us.
Sushant Logistics is a group company with owned vehicles and our own drivers — no rentals, no third-party drivers. That matters more than it looks: a hired driver cannot be briefed and cannot be held to anything. Ours can. He delivers, takes the signature and leaves.
One thing we will not dress up. Print ships. So 'we could not reach your client even if we wanted to' would be untrue, and we are not going to say it to make you feel better. What is true is narrower: outside North Karnataka and Goa we hold no installation crews, so we cannot put a fitted sign in front of your customer — only goods at an address you give us.
Beyond that, the reason to rely on the rules above is not geography. It is that a trade account is worth more to us than the single job we could take from it. Poach a client once and no sign maker between Belagavi and Hospet sends us anything again. That is arithmetic, not virtue, and arithmetic is the only kind of promise worth relying on.
Yes, we have end clients. Read that as a reason to trust us, not a reason not to.
You have seen the rest of this site — 28 years of end-client work and a wall of names on it. We are not going to pretend otherwise, because pretending is precisely the thing that would make you nervous.
Those arrangements survived because we stayed on our side of the wall. We are owner-led, at one address in Belur since 1998, with three sister companies — Sushant Travels, Sushant Logistics and Sushant Builders — trading under the same family name. We are not hard to find if we break the rules.

Off the network we still print — the job ships by a booked carrier, or you collect it, and we tell you which at quote stage instead of letting you find out at the gate. Note the difference between two things people conflate: print travels, installation does not. Outside North Karnataka and Goa we are your supplier and nothing else — your fitters fix it, and your client stays yours.

Hard-copy proof of delivery from the receiving party, scanned and emailed if requested. Proof you can forward to your client without editing it.
E-way bill
Generated and shared before the vehicle moves. No 'we'll send it later'.
GPS-tracked movement
Live location on request while the job is on the road, so you can answer your client yourself instead of calling us to ask.
Goods-in-transit cover
Goods-in-transit cover is available on freight consignments, and claims are handled by our team rather than pushed back to you. Ask for the cover position on your consignment when you book — we would rather tell you than let you assume.

A 3.2 m TIFF does not fit down a WhatsApp thread, and we are not going to pretend it does.
WhatsApp is for the brief — what is printing, how big, how many, where it goes. Artwork travels separately: put it on Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox and send the link to production@mysushant.com with your job reference, or bring it to Belur on a drive.
Our prepress desk is on the same campus as the presses. We check resolution, bleed, colour build and cut path before we run, and we come back to you with the problem before it becomes a reprint — not after.

Getting started
Start with the job you were going to turn down.
Not your best client's job. The one that does not fit your machine, or the one that landed the week you had no press free. Lowest stakes you can find — that is the point.
Open the account
One message with your firm's name, GST if you have one, and the client you want registered against the account. That is the account, and it commits you to nothing.
Send the brief, then the file
Substrate and finish, finished size, quantity, whether you want it printed / printed and cut / printed, cut and fabricated, where it goes and who signs, and whether it ships blind. The artwork link follows to production@mysushant.com. You get the quote in writing — production and the delivery leg, or the collection point, on the same sheet — before you commit to your client.
Proof on the real substrate
We proof on the material your job will actually run on, not on paper and not on a screen. You approve it or you do not. Nothing runs unproofed.
Finish, pack, and go
Routing, laser, plotter cut and fabrication happen in the same building, and finishing and dispatch are a station on the same campus. Then it is collected from the gate, delivered to your unit, or blind-dispatched to your client — whichever you asked for.

The questions you would rather not have to ask
Do you take job work from other printers and sign makers?
Yes — that is what this page is. Wide-format print, print-and-cut, CNC routing, laser cutting and fabrication, sold to the trade rather than to your client.
Will you go direct to my client?
No. Register the client when you place the first job and any enquiry that reaches us from that name, site or artwork goes straight back to you — we do not quote it, we do not chase it, and we tell you it came in. Two exclusions we state up front: an account we already hold on the day yours opens cannot be registered, and where two trade customers register the same client the first registration stands.
Does the job arrive with your name on it?
Not on the goods. No credit on the panel, no batch sticker, no logo on the tape or the carton, and none of our paperwork inside the box. The one exception is statutory: a load on a commercial vehicle carries an e-way bill and a consignment note naming the real consignor, and we will not falsify those. If that matters to you, we deliver to your unit or you collect, and you make the final drop.
I'm in Hubballi. Can I just come and collect?
Yes. Belur Industrial Area, Dharwad, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Finishing and dispatch are on the same campus as the presses, so what you collect is finished. You are also welcome to walk the floor before you send us anything at all.
How wide can you print?
Up to 3.2 m on the Handtop HTK3200 UV hybrid, which takes roll and rigid. For rigid work there is also a Colorjet VerveLED UV LED flatbed with a 10 × 6 ft bed.
Can you cut and fabricate too, or only print?
Both, in the same building — Mimaki and GCC plotters, two CNC routers for ACP and composites up to 18 mm, an 8 × 4 ft CO2 laser, a custom press brake and MIG/TIG welding. The laser is for acrylic, wood and other non-metals; it does not cut metal.
Will you do cut-only job work on material I supply?
Yes. Bring your own ACP, acrylic or composite and book the router or the laser on its own, or we source the material. Fabricate-only works the same way — drawings in, steel out.
How do I send you a 3.2 m file?
Not over WhatsApp. Put it on Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox and send the link to production@mysushant.com with your job reference, or bring it to Belur on a drive. WhatsApp is for the brief.
How fast?
Tell us the date you have already promised your client, and we will tell you straight — before you book — whether we can hold it. We would rather lose the job than miss a date you have already given away. We publish no turnaround figures because a date is a promise and a promise belongs on your quote, not on a website.
How do I get a price?
Send the spec and the artwork link and you get it back in writing, with production and the delivery leg or the collection point on one sheet. We publish no rates because every job is a different substrate, size and quantity.
What if it arrives damaged, or the job fails QC?
Tell us before you tell your client. Nothing runs unproofed, every consignment on our own vehicle carries a signed POD per drop, and goods-in-transit cover is available on freight consignments with claims handled by our team rather than pushed back to you. What we will and will not remake is confirmed in writing on your quote rather than assumed on either side.
Do you install?
Our own crews cover North Karnataka and Goa. Maharashtra, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are project-basis, planned in advance. Everywhere else you install and we supply — which is where you should be standing anyway.
My client specified 3M film. Can you do it?
Yes. We are a 3M Authorised Converter, so it is not a sourcing problem you have to solve.
