Book the router or the laser on its own. Two CNC routers for ACP and composites up to 18 mm, and an 8 × 4 ft CO2 laser for acrylic and non-metals — on material you supply, or material we source.

What this is
For the shop that already owns a printer and needs the cutting, not the printing. Two CNC routers take ACP and composites up to 18 mm — profile-cut letters, fascia panels, routed-and-folded tray sections and shaped board. The 8 × 4 ft Suresh Indu CO2 laser cuts and engraves acrylic, wood and MDF; it is a non-metal machine and does not cut metal.
Bring your own sheet or we source it. Fabricate-only works the same way — drawings in, folded and welded steel out, on the press brake and welding bay. Trade terms on the trade desk page.

How we do it
Cut-only is a real order
You do not have to buy the print to buy the router. Most trade suppliers will not quote this; we will.
Material you supply
Send your own board and we cut to your vector. Or we source the sheet and quote it on the same line.
Stated limits
The CO2 laser is non-metal. Steel is folded and welded here, not laser cut, and we say so before you book.

Questions
Practical answers
Can I supply my own board?
Yes. Bring or send your own ACP, acrylic or composite and we cut to your vector. We can also source the material and quote it on the same sheet.
Can the laser cut metal?
No. The Suresh Indu CO2 laser is for acrylic, wood, MDF and other non-metals. Metal is shaped here on a press brake and welded, not laser cut.
