Role Summary:

We are a medium-scale signage company seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead client project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination of large-scale campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel at managing people, processes, and deadlines, with an added advantage if they understand signage production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects, from planning to final installation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage large-scale campaign rollouts across multiple locations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively
• Assist in improving operational systems and processes for better efficiency
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to align client expectations with delivery

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client servicing
• Experience in the signage, printing, or advertising industry preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of production processes is a strong plus
• Proficiency in project tracking tools and MS Office
